2010 Eldorado passenger

I purchased to use it once to transport my dogs out of state. when driving home from place of purchase I could not travel at a speed more than 45mph. the bus began to lose speed and eventually would not travel over 10mph. I do not have the time, money, or knowledge to fix whatever is wrong. I know I will not get back anywhere near what I paid for it but I need to sell to someone who can fix it and use it.
