It had the Cummins ISL diesel engine rebuilt at 199,000 miles as part of the standard operation for this fleet company. It has only 36,000 miles on the rebuild. Each bus was issued a salvage title at the time that the original owner retired the buses. This is common in the transit world and is done to protect the transit company and limit their liability.
