Each bus was issued a salvage title at the time that the original owner retired the buses. This is common in the transit world and is done to protect the transit company and limit their liability. Each bus has been inspected by the State of NJ motor vehicle division and now has a new title. See title photo attached. These are excellent buses that run and drive well.
